2.1.1 The Services are available through a yearly subscription or lifetime access. Files including access to certain codes and algorithms are sent during your subscription period. Subscriptions are automatically renewed annually unless terminated by you.
2.1.2 Additional ProsAlgo services may require payment before access is granted.
2.2 By using our Services, you agree to read and accept our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to any of these documents, do not use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms, are 18 years of age or older, and will abide by them.
3. Access and Use

3.2 ProsAlgo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services if you breach any terms or engage in unlawful conduct.
3.3 You are solely responsible for your use of our Services and any outcomes resulting from the use of our codes or algorithms.

3.5 Report any content on the Services that you believe infringes your rights to info@prosalgo.com.
3.6 We do not guarantee any specific investment results from using our Services.
4. Warranties and Liabilities
4.1 ProsAlgo does not provide investment advice and our Services should not be used as such. Use the codes and algorithms at your own risk.
4.2 Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the last 12 months.
4.3 We are not liable for any indirect losses, such as lost profits or opportunities.
4.4 Users must not sell or transfer any ProsAlgo accounts without prior written approval.
5. Third-Party Websites and Services
5.1 The Services may provide access to third-party websites and services (“External Services”).
5.2 ProsAlgo does not control or endorse External Services and is not responsible for their content or use.
6. Content Responsibility

10.2 No refunds are available for any unexpired period of your subscription upon termination.
11. Assignment
ProsAlgo may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party without notice. You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ProsAlgo regarding your use of the Services.
14. Money-back Guarantee
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of your order, and the total return of your purchased algorithms must be negative during that period, based on recommended position sizing and settings.
